Friends...
are really hard to let go of, sometimes. I personally went through many different stages of loss when my best friend passed away a couple years ago. Somedays I still think I'm just in yet another stage or maybe phase. Who knows? This new kit I made is dedicated to all of those friends out there, whether they be childhood friends, adult friends, old or new friends, cause life is just so much better with friends! Also, I can't thank you enough for sharing about the life of your beautiful friend. I am truly sorry for what happened. My husband's uncle has had MS for over 10 years now and I'm almost positive he takes this medicine. I will be sharing your friends' family's blog with him as well as with my own neurologist, my spine doctors, my GPs, a best friend from college who is an ICU nurse, and my 2 best friends from HS: one who is finishing her residency as an orthopedic surgeon and another who is finishing PA school. I figure the more people in the medical community that know about the harmful potential of a drug the better - whether or not they come in direct contact with it, they can pass the info on to someone who does. I know this doesn't take away any of the pain, but I hope that this little bit that I'll be doing will help you find a little peace.
Hello! I am new to your blog, today is the first time I dropped in. I must say it was kind of odd in that I was just thinking of my best friend this morning. She passed away a few weeks ago at the very young age of 34. I think that I am still in shock. This kind of stuff isn't supposed to happen. I still question why DID this happen... Nevertheless, I really needed to read your blog post today. Just after my friend died, I posted an entry on my blog about how friends are so rare and that all to often, we take those we love for granted....
I know I just babbled on and on, but it appears as though you're approx. my age... I am not sure of the circumstances surrounding the loss of your friend, no matter what, it is a pain that I never knew existed.
